Blurred days

Not sure which day I am on. I am on the 11th week or so. I have been missing some workouts. Can't workout everyday, just too busy.

I screwed up my classic workout because I misread my workout weeks. This is my 4th week of a workout so I am supposed to take a rest week. Basically, I am still supposed to workout but the workouts aren't as intense. I am just taking a break today because I am just tired. Not eating any late night snacks so that is my workout. Hahahaha!

I have decided I need two rounds of the p90x workouts. I will finish my 90 days and do it one more time.

Day 53

Had a party this weekend and so many people said how good I look and how I had lost weight. Whoo hoo! Considering I hadn't lost much weight, this is very encouraging. They say muscle weighs 3x more than fat so maybe I really only weigh 50 lbs.

Day 49

I know my count is off. I started over again on day 45 beginning of this week. I was ok last week but missed 2 workouts so starting again.

Need to do legs and back tonight but just got back from back-to-school night and so tired. May have to do a makeup day later.

Starting as if day 45

Had to take a break because of vacation and my knees were bothering me. I couldn't exercise during vacation because the hotel we stayed at during our vacation charged a daily rate to use their gym. What the heck? Nothing is free in Vegas anymore.

I did swim a couple hours with the kids everyday but it was more wading than swimming.

Started up again a couple days ago and I can hear my knees creaking. Getting old sucks.

Legs and shoulders are a little sore but not as bad as the first time I started this journey.

Have lost about 5 lbs since I started up again. I think I have figured out the weight loss issue. I have to stop drinking half a bottle of wine after I exercise everyday. Damn!

Day 45 or 46

Half way there.

Last night did back & biceps. Practically didn't break a sweat using 10 lb weights. I am not going to go any heavier though, my biceps are big enough as it is.

Still not much weight loss, clothes not fitting much differently other than my shoulder area seems to be tighter (as in my clothes are getting tighter, not my body) but I do see muscular definition and I actually like all the exercises and changing it up.

Since I started the classic version later, I think I am going to extend the 90 days by a few weeks using the classic.
