Started my 2nd week off with some core and cardio. Muscles still feeling sore but not quite as bad. The more I watch these videos of these fit women I wonder if I should try for a buffer look.
Someone asked me yesterday what my goal is... One size? Two sizes? 10
Pounds? Actually I didn't have any specific goal, just to lose weight and look better but I think I need a goal. My goal is or more defined arms and a loss of at least 20 pounds.
If I lose 20 lbs... I think I will look sickly. Maybe just 15 pounds.
