Day 5

Down to 160.4 lbs. Whatever happened to the days when I would skip a meal and be down 3 lbs? Those days are long gone.

The yoga last night kicked my butt! I have done yoga before many times but not THAT type of yoga. They had this one move called the crane, I fell on my head twice before giving up. Sweat like a maniac!

Went to Target to get some 10 lb weights because the 5 lb ones I have are for wimps! Of course when I tried to lift them from the cart onto the car I thought for a second I should have grabbed the 8 pounders.

We shall see how I do tonight. Chest and back! To be continued...

Later the same evening...

Had to have a glass (or two) of wine. Not sure if I will ever do that video again.
