Woke up to a little soreness sitting down but not too bad. No effect on my shoulders or arms... yet. I am noticing that the older I get, the longer it takes for the effects of exercise to make itself known. I may feel soreness tomorrow.
Weighed in at 161.4 so am slowly but surely losing weight and also gaining muscle.
Hard to make high carb breakfasts for the kids and not want to chow down with them.
It is now 6:18pm. Dinner has been consumed. Tired and sleepy. Tonight is yoga. Maybe I can fit in a nap before yoga.
Started yoga a little late in the evening and didn't realize it was 1 hr and 30 min. Asked Tim to join me. After a couple breathing exercises, he left. That yoga kicked my butt! I sweated so much I thought I was slip sliding on my mat.
A little frumpy with the kids though. Sorry kids, mommy is not in a good mood.
Having sore muscles means that you're still alive!! Keep it up!

Everyday! Actually, it's 6 days a week and one day of rest or the stretching video.
