Day 21

Almost to one month. No weight change. Trying to modify eating. I think I need more activity in my day.

My legs are tight! Very muscular to begin with and now they are more defined. Definitely seeing muscles in my arms but those muscles are still mixed with lots of fat so those still need more time.

Overall, I have always been on the thicker side so I have a feeling I will never be thin. Just muscular and thick. I am definitely heathy and can last a lot longer at the gym than most.
