Today was Chest/Shoulders/Arms and I will confess, I could not do all the push-ups. By the time I was supposed to the tri-rises (I think that is what it was called), my arms were shaking so bad, they couldn't hold my weight and I thought I might injure myself.
Also, I found a fellow p90x blogger. Problem was she started and stopped around week 3, then she started over and stopped again at week 4 or 5. I was going to ask her some questions but she stopped blogging and the last blog post was in 2011 so she is probably over this whole workout regiment. I was going to ask her, when do you begin to see results? Or lose weight? Or does eating more really help because it hasn't for me. Can I replace my protein drink with 2 tall glasses of wine? And why not?
So far, no one has said anything about my rock-hard thighs and my sculptured arms... Maybe I should wear a bikini to work and flex all day long. Or maybe because they don't exist!
