Day 39

Did legs and back last night and yoga the previous day.

I don't know... Are there really any results? Can I really tell or have I always looked this muscular?

My right knee is giving me some problems though, I need to start taking glucosamine.

Going out with my girlfriends tonight. I am going to see if any of them see a difference. I'll just nonchalantly flex every so often...
