Have not lost one single friggin' pound. One of my biggest challenge in this whole thing is taking a shower EVERY night! I hate it. Used to shower every other day but now I have to shower every night because I sweat like a pig (not sure if pigs sweat but I am sure they stink) and I am having bad hair days every day.
I have noticed muscle definition on my arms. I am afraid I am bulking up too big.
Two facts: muscle weighs more than fat and pigs don't sweat!

Ninety days to get the initial noticeable difference. Then, just maintaining after that but I see on the website that people who need to lose more weight do it for years.
